At Tezzo, every product is crafted with attention to detail and quality. As part of our commitment, we offer a limited warranty under the following terms:

Coverage Period

All products are covered under a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Covers

This warranty is applicable strictly for manufacturing defects identified under normal usage conditions.

Assessment & Resolution

Each claim undergoes a thorough quality inspection by our team.
Based on the evaluation, the product will be repaired or replaced, as deemed appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

• Any defects arising due to external factors after delivery

Additional Information

• Warranty claims must be raised within the 3-month period from delivery

• Final resolution (repair or replacement) is at the sole discretion of Tezzo after inspection
