Looks really worth the cost, but straps pain

Looks really worth the cost, sole paddings are cushioned well. But the straps on the top are hard and hurts the leg.

I like the quality of the Sleeper brand product

I like the quality of the Sleeper brand product. The material and comfort are good, and the overall build quality is satisfactory.

However, currently the product is not available on Amazon or Flipkart. It would be better if the brand makes the product available on these platforms, as it increases trust and makes purchasing more convenient for customers.

If customers are ordering directly from the official website, the delivery time should be faster. Also, customer support needs improvement — response time should be quicker and communication should be more clear and helpful.

If these improvements are made, the overall customer experience will become much better.
